Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer basic questions about dishes and specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems, ensuring any dietary restrictions are noted.
- Deliver orders to tables efficiently, checking for correctness and completeness before serving.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and refilling condiments.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate timing and resolve any service issues.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and prepare accurate bills for guests.
- Respond to guest feedback, resolve minor complaints on the spot, and escalate more serious concerns to the floor manager.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, learn daily specials, and stay updated on menu changes.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required, and assist in special events or private functions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred, though entry‑level candidates with strong motivation may be considered.
