Introduction

To strengthen its sales footprint in the Pati region, the company is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer who can blend proactive prospecting with diligent account management.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers, tailoring presentations to meet varied market needs.
  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential dealers, retailers, and end‑users within the assigned territory.
  • Collect initial customer data, verify information, and prepare complete credit applications and supporting documentation for the finance department.
  • Track the progress of credit applications, communicate approvals or rejections promptly, and coordinate with dealers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide customers with clear information regarding payment terms, due dates, collection locations, and any additional requirements to facilitate timely transactions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system, reporting daily activity, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue to the sales manager.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients post‑sale to resolve issues, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade‑show participation in the region.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights to help refine sales strategies.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and compliance requirements while representing the brand professionally.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major); fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Age: up to 30 years old.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within a distribution or dealer network environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in all business dealings.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional travel to client sites within the designated domicile.
