We are expanding our collections team and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Desk Collection Specialists. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telephone calls to customers who have missed or delayed loan repayments, ensuring a courteous yet firm approach.
- Verify customer information, assess the cause of payment delays, and provide appropriate solutions or repayment plans in line with company SOPs.
- Maintain detailed records of each interaction in the CRM system, updating status, promised payment dates, and any negotiated terms.
- Monitor delinquent accounts daily, flagging high‑risk cases for escalation to senior management.
- Prepare and submit daily performance reports to the team leader, highlighting call outcomes, collection amounts, and challenges encountered.
- Collaborate with the finance and legal departments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on negotiation techniques, fintech product knowledge, and data protection policies.
- Support peer team members by sharing best practices and assisting with difficult cases when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (Paket C). Candidates currently in their final semester of university or enrolled in Universitas Terbuka are also welcomed.
- Age range: 18‑35 years.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Friendly, assertive, and highly communicative personality with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly collection targets.
- Basic computer literacy – proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
- Open to both experienced collectors and fresh graduates; a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and the ability to bring personal stationery to work.
