Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including correspondence, record‑keeping, and facilities management.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative and general services.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to align administrative support with production schedules, inventory control, and supply chain logistics.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and shift scheduling for a staff of up to 50 employees, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Supervise procurement of office supplies, maintenance contracts, and vendor relationships to secure cost‑effective solutions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, budget utilization, and key performance indicators to senior management.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for administrative personnel, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
- Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are upheld throughout the facility, working closely with the quality assurance team.
- Coordinate shift work, including night and weekend schedules, to guarantee uninterrupted support for kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Perempuan) – the role is designated for women.
- Maximum age: 45 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree or certification in Culinary Arts (Tata Boga) is highly preferred.
- Relevant experience: Prior experience in the culinary or food‑service sector, preferably in an administrative or supervisory capacity.
- Core competencies: Strong organizational skills, discipline, responsibility, honesty, and professionalism.
- Soft skills: Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving abilities; ability to work under pressure and adapt to shift work.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with willingness to work rotating shifts as needed.
