Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Staf Hukum dan Kepatuhan Korporat to join our dynamic legal team. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the company’s legal interests, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision‑making across all business units. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, in a fast‑paced environment that values integrity, analytical rigor, and proactive risk management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s legal documentation library, ensuring all contracts, agreements, and corporate filings are accurately archived and readily accessible.
- Provide timely and practical legal advice to senior management, department heads, and operational teams on a wide range of issues including commercial contracts, labor matters, and regulatory compliance.
- Review and assess legal issues presented by internal stakeholders, identifying potential liabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis, staying abreast of statutory updates, case law, and emerging trends that could affect the business.
- Monitor and enforce corporate compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, conducting periodic audits and reporting findings to the compliance committee.
- Develop, update, and communicate internal governance policies, ensuring they align with best practices and legal requirements.
- Implement effective risk‑management strategies, including the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of legal risks, and propose corrective actions.
- Engage in negotiations and communications with external parties such as regulators, government agencies, business partners, and legal counsel.
- Explain complex legal specifications and requirements in clear, non‑technical language to facilitate understanding across the organization.
- Continuously monitor legislative changes and advise the business on necessary procedural or policy adjustments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law or a related field.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s hiring policy).
- Age: Up to 34 years old at the time of application.
- Professional experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in corporate legal affairs, compliance, or a law firm setting.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze legal cases, draft contracts, and provide sound legal opinions.
- Strong research skills with a proven track record of staying current on legislative developments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of interacting confidently with both internal teams and external authorities.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
