Responsibilities

  • Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all security and safety protocols are followed.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the inventory manager.
  • Handle cash transactions, process sales receipts, and reconcile daily sales reports with accuracy.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner.
  • Support the implementation of promotional displays, ensuring merchandise is presented according to brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to receive deliveries, verify shipment contents, and organize stockroom storage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, back‑office areas, and restrooms throughout the shift.
  • Assist in preparing weekly sales reports and provide insights on sales trends to supervisors.
  • Participate in regular team briefings, contributing ideas for process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Remain flexible to work occasional evening shifts or overtime, especially when inventory counts or special events require extended hours.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 25 years or younger.
  • Must be single or not currently married; this helps ensure flexibility for shift work.
  • Professional appearance with a neat, clean‑cut look.
  • Good physical health and mental resilience to handle a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Quick‑thinking, alert, and able to respond promptly to operational challenges.
  • Willingness to work night shifts or overtime when required.
  • Not currently enrolled in any academic program or university course.
  • Basic proficiency with store management systems and a willingness to learn new software tools.
