Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Staf Keuangan dan Pengendalian Anggaran to join our finance team in Sragen City. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budget monitoring, and the smooth operation of day‑to‑day accounting activities. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Assist in the development, monitoring, and adjustment of departmental budgets, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and payroll entries while maintaining accurate ledger records.
- Conduct regular audits of cash flow, bank statements, and petty cash to detect discrepancies early.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to verify cost allocations and support cost‑control initiatives.
- Generate financial reports for senior management, including profit‑and‑loss analyses, cash‑flow forecasts, and budget performance dashboards.
- Maintain documentation for tax filings, statutory reporting, and audit trails in accordance with Indonesian financial standards.
- Support the implementation of new accounting software or ERP modules, providing training and troubleshooting for end‑users.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects, offering financial insight that drives strategic decision‑making.
- Ensure all financial activities adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Age: 18 – 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience; prior exposure to budgeting or accounting functions is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), basic accounting software knowledge, and strong numerical aptitude.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team, strong communication skills, high level of integrity, and resilience under pressure.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Location: Placement in Sragen City with occasional site visits to regional offices.
