Introduction
Rose Flower Shop, a boutique florist located in the heart of Denpasar, Bali, is seeking a talented and versatile Creative Graphic Designer & Administrator to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to blend artistic design work with essential administrative support for a thriving flower business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop eye‑catching visual concepts for promotional materials, product catalogs, social media posts, and in‑store signage using Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and other design tools.
- Maintain and update all Rose Flower Shop social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with fresh content, ensuring brand consistency and engaging storytelling.
- Assist the shop owner and senior staff with daily administrative tasks, including order processing, inventory tracking, and customer correspondence.
- Coordinate with the florist team to create themed arrangements and seasonal campaigns that align with marketing objectives.
- Prepare print‑ready files for flyers, banners, postcards, and packaging, overseeing the production process from concept to final delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, meet strict deadlines, and adjust priorities as needed to support sales events, holidays, and special occasions.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, handling feedback, and ensuring a positive experience both online and in‑store.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing manager to analyze performance metrics, recommend improvements, and implement data‑driven design strategies.
- Support occasional after‑hours work or overtime when campaign launches or urgent orders require immediate attention.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D1/D2/D3/S1 degree is a plus.
- Male candidates, age 35 or younger, with at least 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW; familiarity with Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva is advantageous.
- Strong command of Indonesian language (written and spoken) and basic English for client communication.
- Demonstrated ability to manage social media accounts and create content that drives engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite and courteous demeanor.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to stay focused under tight deadlines.
- Team‑player mentality, willing to collaborate across departments and share knowledge.
- Professional attitude, honesty, discipline, and a commitment to treating this role as a primary career, not a side gig.
- Flexibility to work overtime, including evenings, with provided meal allowances and overtime compensation.
