We are seeking a motivated Staf Administrasi (ADM) to join our dynamic team at our branch offices located in Mojokerto and Jombang, East Java. This entry‑level administrative role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience who are eager to develop a solid foundation in office operations, support business processes, and contribute to the smooth functioning of a growing organization.

The successful candidate will work closely with branch managers, finance staff, and other department heads to ensure that daily administrative tasks are performed accurately and on time. Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal reports, meeting minutes, and operational documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Maintain and update branch filing systems—both physical and electronic—to ensure easy retrieval of records.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing conference room bookings.
  • Support the finance team by processing invoices, tracking expense receipts, and preparing basic financial summaries.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle routine inquiries from customers and internal staff, providing courteous and accurate information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, especially regarding data confidentiality and document retention.
  • Participate in branch‑level projects, such as implementing new filing procedures or digital workflow tools.
  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff during peak periods or absences.

Requirements

  • Age: Maximum 25 years.
  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.75.
  • Work Experience: Up to 1 year in a similar administrative role; fresh graduates are welcome and will be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Personal Attributes: Well‑groomed appearance, strong communication skills, high level of accuracy, and a proactive attitude.
  • Language: Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Availability: Ready to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
