Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Manajer Layanan Teknis Kemitraan to join our dynamic poultry partnership team. This pivotal role will oversee technical support and partnership management for broiler farm operations, ensuring optimal animal welfare, production efficiency, and strong collaborative relationships with our partner farms. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in animal husbandry, specifically in broiler management, and possess the leadership qualities necessary to drive continuous improvement across our network.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate technical partnership services (TS) for all partner farms, providing on‑site and remote support.
- Develop, implement, and monitor broiler maintenance programs, including nutrition, health protocols, and biosecurity measures.
- Conduct regular farm visits to assess performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate closely with the central operations team to align field activities with corporate production targets.
- Prepare detailed reports on flock health, mortality rates, feed conversion, and other key performance indicators.
- Train and mentor farm personnel on best practices in broiler management, equipment handling, and safety procedures.
- Manage the logistics of spare parts, veterinary supplies, and technical equipment, ensuring timely availability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner farms, facilitating clear and effective communication between the farms and corporate departments.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to develop new partnership models and expansion initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, travel expenses, and accommodation when residing in mess facilities.
Requirements
- Male candidates are preferred, though the position is open to all genders.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field such as Peternakan is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Services (TS) partner manager within the poultry or livestock industry.
- Deep understanding of broiler production cycles, health management, and partnership systems.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with farm owners, farm workers, and internal teams.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s licenses: SIM A (motorcycle) and SIM C (car).
- Own reliable transportation to travel to partner locations.
- Willingness to reside in on‑site mess housing when required to ensure rapid response to farm needs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Physical stamina to work in demanding field conditions, including standing for long periods and handling equipment.
