Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system to process cash, credit, and digital transactions with precision and speed.

- Maintain an organized checkout area, ensuring that receipts, bags, and promotional materials are readily available.
- Reconcile daily sales reports, handle cash deposits, and report any discrepancies to the store manager promptly.
- Assist in inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, reporting low‑stock items, and helping with shelf replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak‑hour traffic, reduce wait times, and uphold a tidy store environment.
- Follow company policies on loss prevention, including monitoring for suspicious activity and adhering to cash‑handling procedures.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new product lines, promotional campaigns, and customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and support colleagues during busy periods.
- High level of responsibility, honesty, and discipline, especially in handling cash and confidential information.
- Prior retail or cashier experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS software or willingness to undergo training.
