We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Kelompok Privat di Rumah – Kedung to join our expanding network of home‑based tutoring services in Jepara. As a private group tutor, you will lead small classes in the comfort of students’ homes, delivering customized lessons that align with the national curriculum and the unique learning styles of each pupil.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for groups of 3‑6 students, covering core subjects such as Mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, Science, and Social Studies.
- Assess student performance through regular quizzes, assignments, and informal observations, providing constructive feedback to both learners and their parents.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning abilities, ensuring that each student progresses confidently toward academic goals.
- Maintain a disciplined and supportive classroom atmosphere, promoting punctuality, respect, and a love for learning.
- Coordinate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, address concerns, and set realistic learning targets.
- Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and visual aids that reinforce key concepts and encourage active participation.
- Track attendance, manage scheduling, and adhere to the agreed work hours of Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Stay updated on educational best practices, curriculum changes, and innovative teaching technologies that can enhance the learning experience.
- Uphold the organization’s standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (e.g., Pedagogy, Curriculum Development).
- Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Residence within Kabupaten Jepara, Kedung area, or willingness to relocate.
- Strong command of Indonesian language and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively, with a focus on student‑centered methodologies.
- Patience, discipline, and a high degree of responsibility when managing group dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) and adapt to varying class schedules.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools (e.g., online resources, educational apps) to supplement in‑person instruction.
