Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Marketing to join our growing team in Langsa (Ahmad Yani). This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment, enjoys building relationships with both existing and new customers, and can effectively manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle. The successful candidate will act as a critical link between our product portfolio and the market, ensuring that our distribution channels are fully leveraged while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Proactively promote and sell the company’s product range to existing accounts and prospect new customers across the Langsa region.
- Identify and secure orders through various distribution channels, capturing accurate initial data and verifying customer information.
- Prepare, review, and complete all required documentation for customer credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Track the progress of credit applications, maintain constant communication with dealers and customers, and promptly convey approval or rejection decisions.
- Inform customers of payment due dates, designated payment locations, and any additional requirements or updates that affect their transactions.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients to resolve issues, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, finance, and logistics teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and generate weekly reports on activities, order status, and market trends for senior management review.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales or a similar role; experience in automotive, consumer goods, or financial services is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for negotiation and relationship building.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Strong organizational ability to manage multiple customer files and credit applications simultaneously.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid, active SIM A/C.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with placement aligned to the candidate’s domicile.
