Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Supervisor Penjualan (Sales Supervisor) to lead our dynamic sales force in the Sukabumi region. This full‑time position is based in Sukabumi and reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. As a key member of our distribution network, you will be responsible for driving market penetration, managing a diverse team of Territory Officers (TO), motorized sales representatives, and canvassers, and ensuring that our FMCG products reach the right outlets on time.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, possesses strong leadership and analytical abilities, and is comfortable working under pressure to meet aggressive sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of sales personnel (TO, motorized reps, and canvassers) to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans tailored to the local market dynamics and distribution channels.
  • Conduct regular field visits and market intelligence trips to assess store compliance, competitor activities, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs, sales reports, and on‑site observations, providing timely feedback and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate product distribution with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure optimal coverage and outlet activation.
  • Manage the complete sales administration cycle, including daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, cash collection (setoran), and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with the finance and procurement departments to streamline invoicing, credit control, and inventory replenishment.
  • Identify growth opportunities, negotiate shelf space, and foster strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
  • Prepare and present performance dashboards to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards throughout all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields). Candidates with a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) are also considered if they possess strong experience.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Supervisor within a distributor or FMCG environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage a multi‑disciplinary sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting high‑pressure targets.
  • Deep understanding of local distribution networks, market coverage, and retail outlet management.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics, reporting tools, and administrative processes (reporting, cash collection, inventory control).
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Monday‑Saturday schedules (08:00‑18:00).
