Responsibilities
- Analyze historical debt data and identify high‑risk accounts that require immediate attention.
- Contact clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other approved communication channels to inquire about overdue payments.
- Take proactive measures to encourage timely repayment, including reminder notices and gentle persuasion techniques.
- Resolve billing disputes and address credit‑related concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction while safeguarding company interests.
- Update account status records and document collection efforts accurately in the CRM or collection management system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection activity, aging of receivables, and success metrics for senior management review.
- Negotiate flexible repayment schedules or settlement plans that align with the debtor’s financial situation and the company’s risk tolerance.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure all documentation supports efficient financial resolution processes.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements governing debt collection practices.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
