Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Eksekutif Penjualan to join our growing sales team in Tasikmalaya. This role is pivotal for expanding our market presence in the publishing sector, where we partner with authors, bookstores, and educational institutions to deliver high‑quality printed and digital content. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, field‑oriented environment, enjoys building relationships, and consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold‑calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with potential clients, presenting our catalog of books and related products.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM system, updating lead status, follow‑up actions, and sales forecasts daily.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the regional manager, reporting performance metrics on time.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and help shape promotional campaigns.
  • Organize and attend local book fairs, trade shows, and community events to increase brand visibility.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, analyzing trends and recommending corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant legal regulations.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven success in direct‑selling or field sales, preferably within the publishing or media industry.
  • Age & Gender: Male candidates, maximum 35 years old.
  • Licenses & Mobility: Valid SIM C and personal two‑wheel vehicle for frequent field visits.
  • Core Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation abilities, and high interpersonal aptitude.
  • Personal Traits: Self‑motivated, target‑driven, enjoys meeting new people, and comfortable working independently.
  • Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday 08:00‑16:00, Saturday 08:00‑13:00 (six‑day work week).
