Introduction

This full‑time position focuses on promoting vehicle financing solutions through direct customer interaction, telephone outreach, and effective channel management. Responsibilities

  • Proactively market vehicle financing products to prospective customers both in‑person and via phone calls, tailoring proposals to meet individual needs.
  • Manage and optimize existing distribution channels, including dealer partnerships, online platforms, and community networks, to maximize lead generation.
  • Conduct thorough consumer surveys and credit assessments to determine eligibility and recommend appropriate financing packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, applications, and follow‑up activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales, underwriting, and after‑sales teams to ensure seamless processing of loan applications and timely disbursement of funds.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates to provide actionable insights for product improvement.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to compliance standards and internal risk policies.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and performance reviews to continuously enhance professional skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 in any discipline; graduates from all majors are encouraged to apply.
  • Age: Up to 34 years old.
  • Gender: Female candidates only.
  • At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a related field (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory for fresh graduates).
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a proven orientation toward achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with clients.
  • Core personal attributes: integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, honesty, and a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Proficiency in sales management, target‑driven selling techniques, and basic financial product knowledge.
  • Willingness to work at the Adira Finance branch that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
