We are currently seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Senior Surveyor Staff to join our team in the Madiun area. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products reach the right outlets efficiently, supporting our growth strategy and maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys across Madiun and surrounding districts to map retail outlets, wholesalers, and distribution points.
- Collect and verify data on product availability, shelf placement, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate daily reports using company‑provided mobile applications and upload findings to the central database.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to align survey insights with delivery schedules and promotional activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential gaps in coverage, presenting actionable recommendations to management.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and local distributors through professional communication.
- Monitor compliance with company standards, ensuring that branding, merchandising, and promotional materials are correctly displayed.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special campaigns, product launches, and in‑store sampling events.
- Provide feedback on route optimization and suggest improvements for more efficient field operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols while traveling, maintaining a valid driver’s license (SIM C or A) and a well‑maintained motorbike.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a technical background is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in food, beverage, or consumer‑goods distribution; fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.
- Possession of a valid SIM C (motorcycle) or SIM A (motorcycle/car) and personal motor vehicle for field work.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the Madiun region, its commercial zones, and transportation routes.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with mobile data‑entry tools.
