Introduction

We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our kitchen team as Anggota Tim Dapur – Kitchen Crew. This position is ideal for men aged 25‑30 who have a solid high‑school education (SMA/SMK or equivalent) and at least one year of hands‑on experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry. As a key member of the back‑of‑house operation, you will help maintain the high standards of food quality, safety, and service that our guests expect. The role operates on a contract basis and requires a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and food processors safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in inventory control by receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and rotating supplies to minimize waste.
  • Follow strict hygiene and food safety protocols, including proper cleaning of workstations, utensils, and storage areas.
  • Collaborate closely with chefs, line cooks, and service staff to ensure smooth order flow during peak hours.
  • Manage time effectively to meet tight service windows, especially during the 16:00‑24:00 shift.
  • Communicate clearly with team members, reporting any equipment issues or supply shortages promptly.
  • Adapt to high‑pressure situations, maintaining composure while delivering consistent quality.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on new menu items, safety standards, and kitchen best practices.
  • Contribute ideas for menu improvements, waste reduction, and workflow optimization.

Requirements

  • Male candidate, aged 25‑30.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B sector; experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to work effectively with team members.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a serious attitude toward work.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Willingness to work under a contract system with no trial period.
  • Flexibility to work the designated shift from 16:00 to 24:00, Monday through Saturday.
