Introduction
We are looking for a proactive Full‑stack Laravel Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in PHP, Laravel, and relational databases, as well as the ability to collaborate across design, quality assurance, and product teams. This role offers the chance to work on high‑impact web applications that support our rapidly growing business while maintaining a stable, secure, and performant codebase.
The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve existing Laravel‑based applications to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Design, develop, and deploy new features in response to evolving business requirements.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, runtime errors, and performance bottlenecks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API specifications, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, product owners, and other developers to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Implement security best practices, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Optimize database queries, indexes, and schema designs to improve response times and reduce server load.
- Integrate third‑party services and RESTful APIs, handling authentication, data mapping, and error handling.
- Utilize Git for version control, branching strategies, and pull‑request workflows.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/D4 (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of professional experience developing applications with the Laravel framework.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, and object‑oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including third‑party integrations.
- Comfortable using Git for source control, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution.
- Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and performance‑tuning skills.
- Familiarity with front‑end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality code.
