Responsibilities
- Monitor multiple CCTV feeds and access‑control systems from the control room to ensure smooth traffic flow in all parking zones.
- Respond promptly to incidents such as illegal parking, vehicle congestion, or equipment failures, coordinating with on‑site staff and security personnel.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle entry/exit, payment transactions, and any irregularities, providing daily reports to management.
- Assist customers via intercom or phone, offering guidance on available spaces, payment methods, and resolving inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Perform routine checks of hardware (gate barriers, ticket dispensers, payment terminals) and report maintenance needs.
- Enforce parking policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations, including emergency evacuation procedures.
- Collaborate with team members across different locations within Jatinangor‑Sumedang to share best practices and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new technologies, software platforms, and company protocols.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Physical criteria: Male candidates must be at least 165 cm tall with a proportional weight; no glasses (neither myopic nor astigmatic), no piercings or tattoos.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends (Monday‑Sunday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
- Team‑player attitude with the capacity to follow disciplined procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using monitoring software.
- Willingness to be deployed to any parking location within the Jatinangor‑Sumedang region and to start work immediately.
