Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Creative to join our fast‑growing design and media team. As an integral part of our production crew, you will support senior photographers, assist in set preparation, and help deliver high‑quality visual assets for a variety of campaigns, from fashion shoots to corporate branding projects.
Responsibilities
- Operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras under the direction of senior photographers, ensuring proper exposure, focus, and composition.
- Assist in setting up, positioning, and modifying lighting equipment—including softboxes, reflectors, and LED panels—to achieve the desired mood and aesthetic.
- Guide talent on poses, expressions, and movements to capture authentic and compelling imagery.
- Communicate effectively with clients, talent, and internal teams throughout the shoot to ensure expectations are met and any adjustments are promptly addressed.
- Perform post‑production tasks such as color correction, retouching, and batch editing using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Maintain an organized library of raw files, edited assets, and backup storage to streamline the workflow for future projects.
- Collaborate with the creative director and copywriters to align visual concepts with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Assist in equipment inventory management, including checking, cleaning, and transporting gear to shoot locations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas for concepts, styling, and visual techniques.
- Adhere to health, safety, and on‑set protocols, ensuring a secure environment for all participants.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- Basic proficiency in operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
- Fundamental skills in photo editing using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Understanding of lighting principles and ability to set up basic lighting rigs.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, talent, and team members.
- Ability to follow direction, take constructive feedback, and adapt quickly on set.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and composition.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Interest or experience in writing advertising copy is a plus.
