Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Frontliner Layanan Pelanggan dan Kasir Penjualan to join our dynamic retail team. This position serves as the first point of contact for shoppers, handling both sales transactions and inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. The ideal candidate will be a young, energetic woman who is eager to start a career in retail, lives near the Ngadiluwih area, and is ready to work full‑time from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide product information to drive sales.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring merchandise is well‑presented and promotional displays are up‑to‑date.
  • Handle customer complaints and returns in a courteous manner, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
  • Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, reporting discrepancies, and restocking shelves as needed.
  • Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and upsell complementary products to increase average transaction value.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and uphold the store’s service standards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, cash handling procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor and report any technical issues with the cash register or POS system promptly.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, dress code, and workplace conduct.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (Perempuan).
  • Marital status: Single.
  • Maximum age: 25 years.
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Residency: Preferably lives in the Ngadiluwih area.
  • Appearance: Professional, tidy, and presentable.
  • Availability: Must not be enrolled in school or university during employment.
  • Honesty and a serious attitude toward work.
  • Basic cash register (Sistem Kasir) operation skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer‑service orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak hours while maintaining accuracy.
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
