Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of espresso‑based drinks, brewed coffees, teas, and specialty beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Engage with customers, taking orders, answering inquiries about menu items, and providing recommendations to enhance their visit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, including regular cleaning of equipment, countertops, and seating areas.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate ordering needs to the manager.
- Perform opening and closing duties such as equipment startup, calibration, and thorough end‑of‑day cleaning.
- Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices for drink preparation and customer interaction.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations to ensure a hygienic environment for both staff and patrons.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, contributing ideas for menu innovation and service improvements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (no strict upper limit, but candidates should be within this range).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Key Attributes: Honesty, discipline, strong sense of responsibility, and a collaborative mindset.
- Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Location Flexibility: Ability to be based in Cibolang, Sukabumi.
