Introduction

We are seeking a professional and personable Front Office Receptionist (Staf Resepsionis Front Office) to become the first point of contact for our guests, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be a confident, well‑presented female professional under 30 years of age, capable of handling administrative tasks, managing communications, and supporting the daily operations of the office with poise and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Manage the front‑desk phone system, route calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring promotional materials and signage are up‑to‑date.
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms, handle reservation requests, and prepare necessary equipment for presentations.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document scanning using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Create simple graphics and visual aids for internal communications and visitor information using Canva.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries.
  • Assist the HR and Finance departments with onboarding paperwork, attendance tracking, and expense reporting.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Provide support during high‑traffic periods, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other front‑office staff to improve service standards and streamline workflows.

Requirements

  • Female candidates, maximum age of 29 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Proficient computer skills, with strong command of Microsoft Excel and Canva; familiarity with word processing and email applications is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and a polished demeanor that reflects the company’s brand image.
  • Demonstrated ability to be friendly, meticulous, honest, and accountable in all tasks.
  • Resilience to work under tight deadlines and high‑stress situations while maintaining composure.
