Responsibilities
- Provide premium hair‑cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and facial features.
- Conduct thorough consultations, offering expert advice on contemporary trends, hair care routines, and suitable products.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring all tools are sterilized and workstations are kept tidy.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, minimizing wait times and maximizing salon productivity.
- Promote and upsell premium hair care products, treatment packages, and additional services such as beard sculpting and scalp therapy.
- Stay updated with industry developments, including new cutting techniques, styling tools, and fashion‑forward trends.
- Utilize 3D Max or similar visualization software to create digital mock‑ups of hairstyles for client approval, enhancing the consultative experience.
- Collaborate with fellow stylists, reception staff, and management to ensure a seamless client journey from arrival to departure.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and salon events to continuously improve technical and interpersonal skills.
- Document service details and client feedback accurately in the salon’s management system.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as per client requirement).
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Professional experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on barbering experience in a high‑end salon or barbershop.
- Technical skill: Proficiency with classic and modern cutting tools; basic knowledge of 3D Max for visualizing hairstyles is a plus.
- Soft skills: Positive thinker, excellent communication, strong customer‑service orientation, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Availability to work Tuesday through Sunday, 09:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
