Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, assist them in locating products, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and ensuring price tags are accurate.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments with precision.
  • Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and communicate replenishment needs to the store manager.
  • Support promotional activities such as product launches, special discounts, and seasonal displays.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and loss‑prevention policies, including regular equipment checks and safe handling of merchandise.
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales targets and uphold the store’s service standards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent qualification.
  • Age: Applicants up to the maximum legal working age, with no upper limit specified.

  • Physical fitness: Able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and maintain a healthy physical and mental condition.
  • Professional appearance: No tattoos or piercings that are visible while on duty.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Willingness to be assigned to any store location as required by company operations.
