Responsibilities

- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments with precision.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and communicate replenishment needs to the store manager.
- Support promotional activities such as product launches, special discounts, and seasonal displays.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Adhere to health, safety, and loss‑prevention policies, including regular equipment checks and safe handling of merchandise.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales targets and uphold the store’s service standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent qualification.
- Age: Applicants up to the maximum legal working age, with no upper limit specified.
