Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Staff (Staff Gudang) to join our logistics team at the Driyorejo facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that our inventory flows smoothly from receipt to dispatch, supporting the supply chain of a fast‑growing consumer goods company. Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, verifying quantities and product conditions against purchase orders.
- Analyze stock levels daily, update inventory management systems, and generate accurate stock reports for supervisors.
- Organize and label merchandise on shelves or pallets following the company’s layout plan to maximize space utilization.
- Prepare orders for dispatch by picking items, checking for accuracy, and packing them securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Perform routine cycle counts and full physical inventories, promptly reconciling any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment, adhering to occupational health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the logistics, procurement, and sales teams to forecast demand and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks, operating forklifts or pallet jacks when certified.
- Provide clear communication with supervisors regarding any issues such as stock shortages, damaged goods, or process improvements.
- Continuously seek ways to streamline warehouse processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 28 years (flexible for highly qualified applicants).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in warehouse operations, stock control, or logistics.
- Strong analytical ability to assess stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination with internal teams.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to be placed in the Driyorejo area and work a full schedule from Monday to Sunday, 08:30 – 17:00.
