Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and diligent Staf Penagihan to join our collection team in the Palangkaraya area. This full‑time position plays a critical role in maintaining healthy cash flow by engaging directly with customers to secure timely payments. The successful candidate will represent the company with professionalism, adhere to established collection policies, and contribute to a positive customer experience while meeting aggressive collection targets. The role operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a structured work schedule that balances field visits with office reporting duties.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on‑site visits to assigned customers for direct debt recovery, ensuring all interactions are courteous and compliant with company standards.
  • Assess each customer’s financial situation and propose tailored payment solutions, such as installment plans, early‑settlement discounts, or alternative financing options.
  • Document detailed daily activity reports, including visit outcomes, payment commitments, and any obstacles encountered, and submit them to the collection supervisor.
  • Track and update the progress of each case in the company’s CRM system, ensuring real‑time visibility of collection status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—such as finance, legal, and customer service—to resolve disputes, clarify billing issues, and protect the company’s interests.
  • Stay informed of relevant regulations and industry best practices to guarantee that all collection actions are lawful and ethical.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews to continuously improve negotiation techniques and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 35 years.
  • Gender: Male (as per the specific operational requirement for this role).
  • No prior collection experience required; fresh graduates with strong interpersonal abilities are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent active communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
  • Basic proficiency in using mobile devices and standard office software for reporting and data entry.
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of personal integrity.
  • Willingness to travel within the Palangkaraya area and maintain a valid driver’s license.
