Responsibilities
- Oversee daily center operations, ensuring that all administrative, academic, and support functions run smoothly and efficiently.
- Recruit, onboard, and train a mixed workforce of local and expatriate staff, fostering a collaborative culture that reflects English 1’s values.
- Lead the sales team by defining clear sales processes, setting realistic yet ambitious targets, and monitoring performance through regular KPIs.

- Collaborate closely with the Director of Studies to align curriculum delivery, teaching quality, and student satisfaction metrics.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, approve expenditures, and ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards.
- Coordinate logistics across all departments, from classroom supplies to IT infrastructure, guaranteeing that equipment meets operational standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, parents, and staff, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies, improve enrollment rates, and maximize revenue.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- 2‑5 years of proven experience in sales management and/or center operations within the education or service industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
