Introduction

Responsibilities
- Prepare, assemble, and portion a variety of menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, slicers, and mixers safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Adhere to food safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and temperature control of all ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, performing routine sanitation tasks and deep‑cleaning duties as required.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, line cooks, and service staff to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak periods.
- Assist in menu development by offering feedback on preparation methods and ingredient sourcing.
- Respond promptly to customer special‑request modifications while maintaining product quality.
- Work under pressure during high‑volume service times, prioritizing tasks to meet strict deadlines.
- Document any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards and report them to management for immediate resolution.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
