Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staf Administrasi Operasional Perusahaan to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Human Resources department and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day administrative operations across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with HR managers, finance staff, and department heads to maintain accurate employee records, process payroll, and handle procurement documentation. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll reports, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Monitor employee attendance, manage leave requests, and maintain up‑to‑date absence records.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for employee contracts, certifications, and registration documents, both physical and digital.
  • Create Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) documents, coordinating with the procurement team to secure necessary supplies and services.
  • Generate regular HR dashboards and reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics such as turnover, headcount, and overtime.
  • Assist in the onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including preparation of welcome kits, exit interviews, and final settlements.
  • Provide first‑line support for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and general HR policies.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll expenses and ensure timely payment of salaries and statutory contributions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel for data analysis and Word for documentation—to streamline administrative tasks.
  • Work under tight deadlines and high‑pressure situations while maintaining a calm, solution‑focused attitude.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Word.
  • Strong analytical abilities to generate accurate payroll and attendance reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset with strong organizational and filing skills.
