The Officer Marketing Kredit – Area Tanjung Kalimantan Selatan is a pivotal role within our credit financing division, responsible for driving the acquisition of new non‑motorcycle loan customers across the South Kalimantan region. The successful candidate will blend strong field sales techniques with a keen understanding of credit risk, ensuring that each loan application meets both client needs and the bank’s rigorous underwriting standards. Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire prospective borrowers for non‑motorcycle financing products, using both cold‑calling and referral networks.
- Conduct on‑site surveys at the homes or businesses of potential clients to verify eligibility, collateral, and repayment capacity.
- Guide customers through the entire credit application process, from initial interest to final disbursement.
- Enter all applicant data accurately into the loan management system, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Credit Analyst team to secure timely approval, providing any additional documentation or clarification needed.
- Achieve monthly booking and disbursement targets while maintaining a low Non‑Performing Loan (NPL) ratio.
- Maintain strong relationship management practices, acting as the primary point of contact for existing borrowers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare regular activity reports and market feedback for senior management to refine product offerings and sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes that may impact the credit portfolio.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s policy).
- Experience: No prior experience required, but a demonstrated interest in finance or sales is advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Quick adaptability to changing market conditions and internal processes.
- Basic computer literacy, especially familiarity with CRM and loan processing software.
- High level of personal integrity and a commitment to ethical lending practices.
- Ability to work independently in the field while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
