This role demands a hands‑on leader who can both troubleshoot technical issues and manage a small team of maintenance staff while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and workplace aesthetics.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily inspections of the office premises to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and performance gaps.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, ensuring all wiring, lighting, and power distribution units meet regulatory standards.

  • Manage the care of indoor plants, ornamental fish ponds, and other aesthetic features, coordinating seasonal planting and water‑quality checks.
  • Provide preventive and corrective service for the executive vehicle fleet, maintaining logs, scheduling oil changes, and ensuring compliance with road‑safety regulations.
  • Serve as the backup for the Maintenance Coordinator, stepping in to oversee larger projects such as HVAC servicing, fire‑safety system checks, and third‑party contractor management.
  • Document all maintenance activities in a digital logbook, tracking work orders, parts usage, and completion dates for audit purposes.
  • Enforce workplace health and safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure that all staff follow proper personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols.
  • Collaborate with procurement to source quality spare parts and negotiate service contracts that align with budgetary constraints.
  • Train junior maintenance staff on basic troubleshooting, proper tool handling, and emergency response procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; technical certifications in electrical or building maintenance are a plus.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in facility or building maintenance, preferably in an office or commercial environment.
  • Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s current operational policy.
  • Proficiency in building‑access control systems, electrical circuit troubleshooting, and basic construction techniques.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to report findings clearly to management and to coordinate with external service providers.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace, with knowledge of local occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Flexibility to work a six‑day schedule (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00, including occasional overtime for emergency repairs.

Benefits

  • Competitive monthly salary commensurate with experience.
  • Health insurance coverage for employee and eligible dependents.
  • Transportation allowance or company‑provided vehicle for work‑related travel.
