Responsibilities
- Clean all dishes, workstations, cooking utensils, and storage areas in strict accordance with food safety regulations.
- Wash, peel, slice, and pre‑process raw ingredients to prepare them for cooking or assembly.
- Store and organize raw materials and pre‑pared items, ensuring proper labeling, rotation, and temperature control.
- Assist the kitchen supervisor in monitoring inventory levels, reporting shortages, and participating in stock‑taking activities.
- Follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for hygiene, equipment handling, and waste management.
- Prepare and plate customer orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining presentation standards.
- Support the team during peak service periods, helping with rapid replenishment of stations and timely order delivery.
- Participate in routine kitchen deep‑cleaning, pest control checks, and equipment maintenance as required.
- Communicate proactively with chefs, fellow crew members, and front‑of‑house staff to resolve any issues that may affect service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: No upper limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to follow food‑safety standards and maintain a clean workspace.
- Basic cooking skills, including knife handling, ingredient preparation, and seasoning.
- Strong teamwork orientation and good communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work a schedule of Monday – Sunday, 07:00 – 16:00.
