Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Anggota Tim Dapur – Persiapan Makanan dan Kebersihan to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare, portion, and plate menu items according to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage, labeling, and temperature control.
- Conduct routine cleaning of workstations, equipment, and kitchen surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Assist in inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking stock quality, and rotating supplies using the FIFO method.
- Collaborate with chefs, line cooks, and service staff to coordinate timely food delivery during peak service periods.
- Operate kitchen machinery such as mixers, slicers, and ovens safely and efficiently.
- Support shift transitions by documenting production logs, reporting any equipment issues, and preparing the kitchen for the next team.
- Participate in regular staff briefings, providing feedback on workflow improvements and suggesting new menu ideas.
- Flexibly cover weekend, holiday, and night shifts as required, ensuring continuous kitchen operations.
- Undertake additional duties—such as basic pantry organization or assisting with event catering—when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience in food preparation, kitchen sanitation, or a related hospitality role.
- Strong communication skills; able to interact courteously with colleagues and guests.
- Friendly, flexible, and quick‑thinking with the ability to adapt to changing demands.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High level of initiative, a keen desire for professional growth, and openness to learning new culinary techniques.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 20 kg).
- Basic proficiency in time management and kitchen organization tools.
