Introduction

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, in alignment with monthly and quarterly targets set by management.
  • Present, explain, and recommend Adira’s diverse portfolio of financing products—including motor vehicle loans, personal instalment plans, and micro‑enterprise credit—to potential customers.
  • Collect and process consumer credit applications, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory standards and internal risk policies.
  • Conduct on‑site surveys and home visits to verify applicant information, assess creditworthiness, and gather necessary data for underwriting.
  • Enter survey findings and application details accurately into the company’s CRM and loan processing system, maintaining data integrity and traceability.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, providing post‑sale support, handling inquiries, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to deliver feedback from the field, helping to refine product offerings and promotional strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact the financing landscape.
  • Adhere to the work schedule of Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, and participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
  • Male candidates only, aged 29 years or younger.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, automotive, or consumer goods.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to assess credit applications and conduct thorough surveys.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Flexibility to travel within the Sintang region for client visits and surveys.
