We are seeking a diligent and motivated Petugas Pengumpulan Data Lapangan to join our dynamic field operations team in Maros. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and accurate maintenance of our customer database. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, field‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site debt collection visits to residential and commercial consumers, meeting or exceeding daily and weekly target volumes.
- Engage customers professionally, explaining payment terms, negotiating settlement plans, and addressing any concerns to secure timely payments.
- Update and verify customer information in the central database after each interaction, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and submit regular activity reports, documenting collected amounts, outstanding balances, and any notable field observations.
- Coordinate with the back‑office team to resolve billing discrepancies, process receipts, and forward documentation for accounting purposes.
- Maintain a clean and organized record of all collection forms, receipts, and supporting documents for audit readiness.
- Adhere to safety protocols while traveling to various locations, and report any incidents or hazards promptly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling ancillary services during customer visits, when appropriate.
- Participate in weekly team briefings to share best practices, discuss challenging cases, and align on performance goals.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates aged 19‑35 years (maximum age 35).
- Valid motorbike license (SIM C) and personal motor vehicle for field travel.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic numeracy and proficiency with mobile data entry tools or handheld devices.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
