Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer (CMO) to join our growing team in Pejanggik, Mataram. This role is a cornerstone of our commercial operations, responsible for driving revenue through both existing and new customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Proactively promote and sell the company’s product portfolio to existing customers and prospective leads, tailoring presentations to match client needs.
- Identify, qualify, and secure orders from channel distribution partners, ensuring accurate capture of initial data and thorough verification of customer documentation.
- Prepare and submit complete credit applications, liaising with the finance department to accelerate approval cycles.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers and communicating final credit decisions clearly.
- Inform customers of payment terms, due dates, and collection locations, and address any queries related to invoicing or delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system for reporting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver promotional campaigns, product launches, and special offers that boost sales volume.
- Conduct post‑sale follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and corrective actions.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide strategic input on product positioning.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; all study majors are acceptable.
- Age limit: up to 34 years old; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within distribution or credit‑based product lines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using sales management tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
- Willingness to work according to domicile placement, with a work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
