Responsibilities
- Active Canvassing (Door‑to‑Door): Visit targeted neighborhoods, residential complexes, and small commercial spaces to introduce and demonstrate the value of our WiFi solutions.
- Product Presentation: Clearly explain service packages, speed tiers, pricing, and promotional offers while tailoring the message to each prospect’s needs.
- New Customer Acquisition: Identify potential leads, nurture interest, handle objections, and close sales to convert prospects into paying subscribers.
- Field Branding: Install and maintain promotional materials such as banners, flyers, and brochures in strategic locations to reinforce brand visibility.
- Daily Reporting & Follow‑Up: Document all customer interactions, update the CRM system, and submit comprehensive daily sales reports to the regional manager.
- Relationship Management: Provide post‑sale support, answer basic technical questions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to encourage referrals and renewals.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and technical support teams to align sales efforts with service rollout schedules.
- Market Feedback: Gather insights from the field about competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences, and relay this information to the product development team.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit.
