Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, presenting product features and benefits in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Identify and qualify leads, recording detailed information in the company’s CRM system.
- Schedule appointments and follow‑up meetings for senior sales staff, ensuring a smooth hand‑off of qualified prospects.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product offerings, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving basic concerns.
- Utilize computer and telemarketing software efficiently to track call metrics, manage call logs, and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align messaging and improve lead conversion rates.
- Adhere to daily call targets and quality standards while maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
- Provide feedback on script effectiveness and suggest improvements based on real‑time conversations.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Perempuan)
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Diploma) in any relevant field
- Age: Up to 30 years old
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of telemarketing or sales experience
- Technical Skills: Proficient in operating computers, CRM systems, and telemarketing software
- Language Skills: Bahasa Indonesia fluent; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage
- Personal Attributes: Honest, quick‑thinking, self‑motivated, and able to join immediately
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, persuasive speaking, and strong interpersonal abilities
