Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for Mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, and Science (IPA) that align with the national curriculum and school standards.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies—including project‑based learning, interactive digital tools, and collaborative group work—to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, mid‑term and final examinations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance in the school’s data management system.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student achievements, areas for improvement, and upcoming school events.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide extracurricular activities.
- Uphold school policies regarding discipline, safety, and academic integrity, serving as a positive role model for students.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects that integrate mathematics, language, and science concepts.
- Continuously seek ways to improve instructional methods by staying current with educational research and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Mathematics, Indonesian Language, Science, or a related field.
- Age: 18‑50 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Current enrollment as a university student is acceptable; recent graduates are also welcomed.
- For candidates holding a high school (SMA) or pesantren diploma, documented teaching experience is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, reliability, and adherence to school regulations.
- Ability to manage a classroom of 20‑30 students and maintain an orderly learning environment.
- Proficiency with basic educational technology, such as interactive whiteboards and online learning platforms.
