Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Promotor Penjualan dan Pemasaran Produk to join our fast‑growing sales team in Kota Tuban. This role is a frontline position that bridges our product offerings with the local market, driving brand awareness and revenue growth. As a key member of the commercial department, you will represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring that customers experience the highest level of service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and demonstrate company products to retail outlets, wholesalers, and end‑customers within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking events, and on‑site visits.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, then report insights to the sales manager.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional materials.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while adhering to company policies and profitability targets.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rate, and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns, in‑store events, and product launches.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, and inventory levels using the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide post‑sale support, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues to foster long‑term relationships.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.

Requirements

  • Male candidates only, maximum age of 30 years.
  • Minimum education: D3/D4 or SMK/Sederajat (vocational high school equivalent).
  • Prior experience in sales or direct marketing is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Professional appearance and a confident, persuasive demeanor.
  • Willingness to be based full‑time in Kota Tuban and travel within the designated sales area.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer literacy, especially familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
