Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Daily Worker for the Engineering Department to join our dynamic team. This entry‑level position is ideal for individuals who have completed secondary education (SMA/SMK or equivalent) and are eager to develop practical skills in an engineering environment. The role offers a stable schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, allowing you to gain hands‑on experience while contributing to the smooth operation of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers and technicians in the preparation, installation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Perform routine inspections of work sites, ensuring that safety standards and company procedures are strictly followed.
- Handle basic troubleshooting tasks, such as identifying faulty wiring, replacing components, and documenting findings for further analysis.
- Support the assembly and testing of prototype devices, providing accurate measurements and reporting any irregularities.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including proper storage of tools, materials, and safety gear.
- Participate in daily briefings and debriefings, sharing observations and suggesting improvements to workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including procurement, quality control, and project management, to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Adhere to all occupational health and safety regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting hazards immediately.
- Document daily activities in the company’s log system, highlighting completed tasks, encountered challenges, and any assistance required.
- Provide support during emergency situations, such as equipment failures or power outages, by following established contingency procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or an equivalent qualification.
- Age: Applicants up to 35 years old are encouraged to apply.
