Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Spesialis Sumber Daya Manusia (HR) to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about building strong employee experiences and supporting organizational growth. The successful candidate will work closely with department heads, external partners, and all staff members to ensure that our human resources processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Selection: Manage end‑to‑end hiring cycles, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation, while maintaining a talent pipeline that meets the company’s future needs.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs that introduce new hires to company culture, policies, and role‑specific expectations.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, mediate conflict resolution, and promote a positive workplace climate.
- Performance Management: Support managers in setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and developing improvement plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- HR Administration & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records, process payroll inputs, manage leave requests, and ensure all documentation complies with local labor regulations.
- Compliance & Labor Law: Keep abreast of changes in labor legislation, advise management on compliance matters, and conduct periodic audits of HR practices.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, coordinate internal and external training sessions, and track employee development initiatives.
- HR Information Systems (HRIS): Update and generate reports from the HR management system, providing data‑driven insights to senior leadership.
- Multitasking & Organization: Prioritize competing tasks, meet tight deadlines, and ensure that all HR activities are delivered with a high level of accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field; SMA/SMK/Sederajat is acceptable for entry‑level consideration.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in an HR role; experience in recruitment, payroll, or employee relations is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, recruitment best practices, and HR administration procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal abilities – able to build rapport with employees at all levels and act as a confidant and advisor.
- Highly organized with proven multitasking capabilities; comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS or talent management software.
