Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Concierge – Premium Services to join our elite hospitality team. The successful candidate will lead a team of concierge professionals, manage premium guest requests, and uphold the highest standards of service in a fast‑paced, upscale environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of concierge staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and scheduling to guarantee optimal coverage.
  • Coordinate and fulfill premium guest requests, including transportation, restaurant reservations, event tickets, and bespoke itineraries.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, cultural events, and exclusive partnerships to offer personalized recommendations.
  • Handle guest complaints with professionalism, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor service quality metrics, prepare daily and weekly reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with front‑office, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to synchronize guest experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure all concierge stations are impeccably presented, stocked with up‑to‑date information, and adhere to brand standards.
  • Participate in shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays, to maintain 24/7 premium service coverage.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on communication, cultural sensitivity, and problem‑solving techniques.
  • Assist in budgeting for concierge operations, track expenses, and recommend cost‑effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum D3/D4 education in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in a concierge, guest relations, or supervisory hospitality role.
  • Relevant hospitality background is highly preferred.
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a guest‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple high‑priority requests simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Professional, disciplined appearance and polished grooming standards.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
  • Demonstrated capability to handle guest complaints and turn challenges into positive experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in scheduling and staff management.
