- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner; take orders, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations based on individual preferences.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system operations accurately, following proper cash‑handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables; communicate restocking needs to the manager.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, performing regular cleaning tasks such as sanitizing surfaces, washing utensils, and disposing of waste responsibly.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth shift transitions, covering breaks, and assisting during peak service periods.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with new brewing techniques, seasonal menu items, and customer service best practices.
- Demonstrate high initiative by suggesting improvements to workflow, menu presentation, or customer engagement strategies.

- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
