Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new micro‑finance customers through door‑to‑door visits and local networking.
  • Conduct thorough household economic assessments to determine loan eligibility and repayment capacity.
  • Prepare and submit detailed feasibility analyses that align with Amartha’s lending policies and risk‑management framework.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the credit committee for final approval.
  • Facilitate weekly group meetings with existing members, guiding them on loan utilization, repayment schedules, and financial literacy.
  • Provide on‑site support during loan disbursement, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain a personal motorbike for efficient travel across the Ponorogo region, adhering to safety and punctuality standards.
  • Report daily and weekly activity metrics to the regional supervisor, highlighting successes and any challenges encountered.
  • Participate in continuous training sessions to stay current on Amartha’s product offerings and regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • Male or female candidates, aged 35 years or younger.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Own a reliable motorcycle for field operations.
  • Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently in remote communities.
  • Commitment to Amartha’s mission of improving the welfare of low‑income households through micro‑finance services.
  • Willingness to be deployed to locations as required by the company.
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
