Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit detailed feasibility analyses that align with Amartha’s lending policies and risk‑management framework.
- Present findings and recommendations to the credit committee for final approval.
- Facilitate weekly group meetings with existing members, guiding them on loan utilization, repayment schedules, and financial literacy.
- Provide on‑site support during loan disbursement, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain a personal motorbike for efficient travel across the Ponorogo region, adhering to safety and punctuality standards.
- Report daily and weekly activity metrics to the regional supervisor, highlighting successes and any challenges encountered.
- Participate in continuous training sessions to stay current on Amartha’s product offerings and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates, aged 35 years or younger.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Own a reliable motorcycle for field operations.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust quickly.
