Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Koordinator Tim Produksi dan Pengawasan Kualitas to join our fast‑growing culinary production unit. This role is pivotal in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, from opening the outlet to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and product quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a small team in a bustling food‑service environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the production area each morning by cleaning all cooking equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to meet hygiene standards.
- Open the storefront, arrange display cases, and verify that all necessary supplies are stocked and ready for the day’s service.
- Operate and oversee the printing of cireng and other signature snack items, ensuring consistent shape, texture, and taste.
- Assist in the preparation of raw ingredients, including measuring, chopping, and portioning, while following recipe specifications.
- Supervise the production line, monitor cooking times, and conduct real‑time quality checks to guarantee that each batch meets the company’s flavor and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized production floor throughout the shift, disposing of waste properly and adhering to local health regulations.
- Document daily production output, report any equipment issues, and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that the product presentation aligns with marketing initiatives and customer expectations.
- Provide on‑the‑job training and guidance to new staff members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a food‑production, kitchen, or related hospitality role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in basic cooking techniques, equipment handling, and adhering to food safety protocols.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions meticulously, good communication, and basic leadership capabilities.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 – 19:00, with flexibility to cover peak periods.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg).
