Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator General Affair Teknis to join our operations team. Responsibilities

The General Affair Technical Coordinator will be responsible for a broad range of duties that support the day‑to‑day functionality of the organization. Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating facility management activities such as maintenance schedules, cleaning services, and security arrangements.
  • Managing procurement processes for office supplies, technical equipment, and outsourced services, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in general affairs, facilities management, or a similar technical support role.
